Product Description
The Ranch UK-23 Concert Ukulele Bundle with Aquila String, Gig Bag, Tuner Pack Kits with Free online Ukulele Beginner 12 Lessons
✓ TOP QUALITY MATERIALS – This Concert Ukulele top, back, and sides are made of the elegant Sapele wood. An acoustic instrument body fashioned from Sapele exhibits a pleasingly warmer and darker tone than that produced by a more conventional wood combination.
✓ CLEAN AMAZING SOUND – This Concert Ukulele sounds almost like a pricey professional Ukulele. After you jammed your first minutes you will understand what we are talking about.
✓ The Frets – The nickel silver frets are all properly seated and well finished. For anyone familiar with guitars and stringed instruments, fret ends can be a very troubling point of contact with inexpensive instruments. BUT, these frets have been manicured to a level that there is no sensation whatsoever.
✓ The Aquila Strings – highly rated and recommended by most
✓ About tuning – It takes few days (Play 3-5 DAYS) to stay tuned (due to new strings naturally stretching). Once it’s done stretching, it will achieve a optimal tuning stability. The uke is dynamic, resonant. Single notes have great harmonic sound.

Hello,
Thanks for choosing Ranch. ^_^
To make the button go over the opening of the strap, you may try harder. When we designed the strap, we were afraid that the buttons will easily come off from the openings of the straps, so the openings are a little bit small. But I have feedback your problem to our factory and we are trying to improve the strap.
If it is really difficult for you to get the buttons go over the openings, you may cut 1 or 2mm from the openings. But, please do not exceed the sewing thread. Note: Please do not remove the buttons.
Hope it helps~
