All of our products are fulfilled by Amazon before the COVID – 19.
Now we add a new shipping from our CA warehouse via FedEx.
The differece between Amazon fulfillment and our CA fulfillment:
Due to Amazon’s priority shipping policy. Amazon may take several days for order Pending. The Pending days can be 3-7 business days. As a result, many customers lose their patience while waiting for the unkonw shipping day . But once it shipped, it will choose the nearest State Amazon warehouse to send the item to customers.
The advantage of CA warehouse shipping is that you can know the every detail of daily tracking status. The disadvantage is that it ships from CA. Therefore, some States/countries / regions which far from CA will take some several days to deliver.
Now most of our official website orders are fulfilled by CA warehouse via FedEx.
