Hi! I just purchase a concert uke from Ranch Guitar, and I am really satisfied with the product, even though it comes late due to a shortage. Not every product is perfect, the gig bag is pretty tight for my uke so whenever I take it out, the tuning pegs are twisted. The overall quality of the uke is extremely good: the matte and creasy fine lines flowing over the whole body and neck, the matte Aquila strings (they are in tune after two days, which is very fast for any uke in this price range, and create a bit friction when I play so that my fingers won’t fall off). I highly recommend this uke for beginners who want to play their favorite songs and add some color to the boring classics! Plus, the product comes along with a free chord chart, it can be easily downloaded on cellphones, but to me, it is very nice to print out one and give to customers.

It’s really great. Ukelele is easier than I thought, and compared to another uke I bought I can tell this one is of a nice quality.

No automatic updating, slow…very slow shipping, almost a week before it left, but they found time to charge the day of. Generally we need to make this illegal, as that is essentially borrowing someone’s money for a week, if it isn’t shipping right then, it should not be legal to charge. Ordered for my daughter’s birthday more than a week in advance, got it a week after her birthday, despite contacting them and telling them the importance…multiple times. Product itself was great. If you don’t mind waiting half a month for something you pay for today, great company, they were easy to work with, an dreplied back readily.

I guess I ordered a left handed instrament but I didn’t see that on the website♀️. My husband said he can fix it. My son loves it tho. Its very pretty and seems to be good quality shipping was quick. Aside from having to fix it to right handed (I guess I don’t know instruments) it was a great experience.
