This ukulele comes with a one year warranty that covers manufacturing defects and materials.

• This warranty is valid to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
• Please keep your original receipt as it is required to make a warranty claim.
• Any modification to the instrument will void the warranty.
• The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs associated with return, except when the instrument is damaged upon initial purchase.

These Items Are Not Covered Under This Warranty

• Damage due to any negligence, misuse, accident, or improper maintenance practice.
• Normal fret and string wear on the instrument including broken strings and tuners due to improper tuning.
• Damage result from exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity, dry climate, or salt air climate.
• Exposure to heating or cooling sources that damage to the instrument.
• Personal opinions related to the sound and tone of instrument.
• Instrument damaged in transit (except for initial shipping upon from online stores).

These Items Are Covered Under This Warranty. Accessories are also covered in the Warranty.

• Broken strings( any string of G C E A), we will send you a new set of Aquila strings.
• Because the using time is for years, the uke’s rosewood fingerboard, or the rosewood bridge are separated from the uke’s box because of the aging glue.
• Tuning peg screws are not artificially damaged.
• Strap buttons broken.
• The digital tuner is out of work, you can ask for a brand new tuner or just download an App named “TuneforUkulele”. (Or other apps you like). The app is very convenient.
