    I’ve placed four orders at Ranch Guitar so far. The prices are good and shipping has been fast. The one area in which I would like to see improvements is follow-up information.

    When I placed my first order I got confirmation of the order and then a follow-up email with tracking information so I could check the status and know the expected delivery date. For the next three orders, I got order confirmation, but did not get follow-up emails with tracking or any other information until I wrote them and specifically asked for it. To their credit, when I did ask, they sent the follow-up information pretty quickly.

    The item was not what I brought and the strings was plastic string and it was suppose to be a blue unelected….

    Processing took 5 days. Not sure how it takes 5 days to process on order. Free shipping was a perk though. The uke itself is nice. Feels and sounds good. The frets could be filed down a bit more. Some of them are a little jagged. For thrity bucks, it’s a good ukulele. Definitely worth it if you aren’t in a hurry to get it. They do offer expedited shipping, but for that extra cost, you should just go ahead and order the ranch uke package from Amazon.

    I really like my little Concert Ukele Ukukele. I did not expect much for $29 and must say it has a nice sound and good intonation. I figured if either the ukulele or the case is nice it would be worth purchasing. It turns out both are nice. Mine does have a few glue smears in the finish. However, I ran a high end furniture and cabinet finishing business for many years and notice things most people won’t normally see. Also, I bought this for the purpose of an ukulele finishing project I am planning so they don’t bother me. The nice sound and great playability once I set it up properly are why I gave it 5 stars. Ranch is a wonderful company to work with.

    What else can I say man, it’s a fine ass ukulele. It sometimes gets out of tune buts that’s an easy fix. Now I just sit at home and annoy my dad with it whenever he won’t let me go out. I just sing about how I’m “trapped” and “not loved”. He then gets annoyed and let’s me go out.

    The quality itself of the ukulele was great for the price; in the beginning, the strings would fall out of tune very quickly, but this is typical for a new instrument that has not been tuned regularly before. The only negative part of my experience was the fact that shipping was more or less a mystery. The package took about 3 weeks to arrive at my house and I didn’t know the day the instrument would arrive until it appeared at my house. Other than issues with shipping information, I am satisfied with their customer service and their product.
